AWS Cryptography call for proposals – Fall 2025
Amazon’s mission is to provide customers with the world’s most secure computing environment. We are the stewards of cryptography engineering within Amazon, and we set the standard for the use and implementation of such technologies across the organization. Cryptography builds and maintains customer trust by protecting users’ applications and data in use, in transit, and at rest.
Amazon Research Awards Fall 2024 Call for Proposals
Amazon Research Awards (ARA) is announcing the Fall 2024 call for proposals (CFP) for the AI for Information Security, Automated Reasoning, AWS AI, AWS Cryptography, and Sustainability research areas. The deadline for submissions is 11:59 p.m. PT on November 6, 2024. ARA provides grant recipients unrestricted funds and AWS promotional credits. Funded projects are assigned an Amazon research contact, and recipients also receive training resources, including AWS tutorials and hands-on sessions with Amazon scientists and engineers.
Amazon Trusted AI Challenge
Amazon is inviting applications from university student teams for the Amazon Trusted AI Challenge, a global university competition to drive secure innovation in generative AI technology. This year’s challenge focuses on responsible AI and specifically on large language model (LLM) coding security.
